You visually assemble all your chatbot logic, from simple questions to complex automations integrated with WhatsApp and other platforms.

Is the subscription per Workspace?

Yes, subscription is per Workspace, so if you create a new Workspace, it will be free, and you can subscribe to different plans for each Workspace.

Can I build flows on the free plan and only subscribe to a plan later?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can create as many flows as you want, there are no limits and it is totally free! We do this so you can learn to use, build your flow and only after that start paying for a subscription.

How do Credits work?

Accepted Answer

Instead of counting chats, we use a Credit system to give more flexibility. Each plan includes a monthly amount of credits, and each interaction consumes a different value:

- **Web Session:** Consumes **1 credit**. It is when a user interacts with your bot on a site or link.
- **WhatsApp Session:** Consumes **10 credits**. Due to WhatsApp infrastructure costs, we charge 10x more than a web session.
- **AI Session:** Consumes variable credits depending on the model and tokens used (e.g. GPT-4 consumes more than GPT-3.5).

Thus, with 2,000 credits (Core Plan), you can have 2,000 web conversations OR 200 WhatsApp conversations (or a mix of both).

Is there a limit for sending messages?

No! You can create a bot to send unlimited messages within an active session. Credit is deducted only when starting or renewing the user session (which usually lasts 24h), regardless of how many messages are exchanged therein.

What happens when I reach the included credit limit?

Accepted Answer

Your bots do not stop immediately. You receive email alerts when you reach 80% and 100% of your limit.

To continue operating, you can purchase **Additional Credit** packages or enable automatic recharge through the financial panel.

Question 8

Can I cancel or change my subscription at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can cancel, upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. There is no minimum time commitment or lock-in.

When upgrading or downgrading your subscription, you will have access to the new options immediately. Your next invoice will have a prorated amount.

How do refund rules work?

A refund is only made if the subscribed plan is not delivered within a maximum period of 2 days. For other cases, there are no refunds, as we use third-party services based on usage, from the moment you start using (building flows, assisting clients, etc), we are already paying third-party services for your usage, these used resources are non-refundable, our services do not operate in Brazil, therefore, so that we do not take a loss, we offer the free plan to test before being sure to subscribe to a plan. It is important that you read the terms of use before subscribing to a plan, because by creating an account, you are already agreeing to it.

Do you offer annual payments?

Unfortunately not, because since subscription pricing is based on credit consumption, we can only offer monthly plans for better cost control.

What if I need more storage?

The Dedicated plan offers 500 GB of storage, which is sufficient for most use cases. For Scale (50 GB) and Core (10 GB) plans, if you need more space, we offer additional storage packages that can be contracted as needed.

Can I upgrade my plan if I need more credits?

Definitely! If your demand increases, you can migrate from Core to Scale or Dedicated at any time to access more credits for a lower unit cost. If you need a customized solution with millions of credits, talk to our Dedicated team.

Which plans allow connections with WhatsApp?

Integrations with WhatsApp are available in the following plans:

- Core Plan: Allows one connection with WhatsApp QR Code.

- Scale Plan: Allows one connection with WhatsApp through the official Meta API.

- Dedicated Plan: Offers unlimited WhatsApp connections, allowing you to set up multiple WhatsApp numbers for different purposes or departments.

The Hobby plan does not include native integration with WhatsApp, but you can use share links to direct your users to conversations on WhatsApp.

Does the admin count towards the seat limit?

Yes. The seat limit includes the account owner. For example, a plan with 5 seats allows you + 4 team members.
